For your convenience, we offer prescription refills for patients of Vista Pet Hospital. Prescriptions are available for delivery or pickup. See details below.

Prescription Pickup: Medication refill requests may take up to 72 hours to process. If the medication needs to be refilled sooner, you may elect to pay an expedited fee of $25 per medication to have it filled within 48 hours or less.*

Outside Pharmacy Requests: We are happy to prepare a written prescription for pickup upon request if you prefer to use an outside pharmacy (Costco, Walgreens, etc.).

Written prescriptions are not required for online pharmacies (Chewy, Amazon, etc.) as they will contact Vista for authorization once the order is placed.

Please note: Written prescriptions cannot be emailed or faxed.
